About Moeed Ahmed

I am a masters degree holder in Soil Microbiology. I selected agriculture as a field because it always fascinated me. Then after studying its several other branches or fields, soil microbiology enchanted me the most. I was awarded with a merit scholarship from HEC as well as a gold medal for my academic performance in bachelors degree. My research was on PGPR and Phragmites australis during the course of masters degree. I evaluated that PGPR enhances the phytoextraction ability of this plant. Apart from the studies, i took keen interest in co-curricular activities and received several accolades for quiz and speech competition as well as for singing. I currently am working as an agro officer in PepsiCo, Kasur and Gojra region. It has proved to be a golden opportunity for me. No doubt, it has helped me in grooming my practical skills but it also has cemented my theoretical knowledge. I am looking for further opportunities in Agriculture field to serve and improve this field and to learn and stregthen my knowledge about its various aspects.
