I am an automotive manufacturing professional with over 13 years of experience leading production planning, logistics, progress control, and inventory management within car manufacturing environments. My career has been built in high-volume plants where strong governance, system readiness, and execution discipline are essential to sustaining production and supporting plant stability.I currently lead plant-level inventory management and progress control, setting direction for stock accuracy, stock count governance, aging inventory control, material discrepancy resolution, scrap management, and inbound process discipline. I provide leadership across cross-functional teams to close operational gaps, strengthen material flow, and protect line supply, particularly in complex or high-pressure operating conditions.Beyond day-to-day operations, I own and drive system and process readiness for inventory and progress control functions. I act as a central coordination point between operations, systems, and stakeholders, guiding system rollout, stabilization, and post-go-live recovery to ensure business continuity during transition phases.Earlier in my career, I led production planning and progress control across stamping, body, and trim & final shops, gaining full end-to-end plant visibility. This broad exposure allows me to quickly establish structure, accountability, and alignment across manufacturing areas, especially in newly set up or ramp-up plant environments.My leadership style is hands-on and data-driven, with a strong focus on building capable teams, clear ownership, and sustainable operating rhythms. I am most effective in environments where processes are still being defined, systems are being introduced, and disciplined execution is required to stabilize operations and support long-term plant performance.
