With 18 years of global leadership experience across Egypt, Slovakia, and now the Nordics & Baltics region, I specialize in engineering leadership, organizational transformation, and stakeholder engagement. I am passionate about building empowered, customer-focused teams that accelerate business transformation, enhance operational efficiency, and deliver sustainable results. My technical foundation lies in industrial automation and safety systems (ESD, F&G, BMS, and SCADA), supported by extensive project delivery experience across various industries, including Oil & Gas, Nuclear, Mining, Water, and Infrastructure. I have worked across diverse industries and geographies, leading and supporting projects in the USA, Italy, China, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Egypt.
