About Mohamed Azhar

I have a master's degree in Engineering Projects and System Management from Kingston University and a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Christ University. I am currently the Operations Manager at Oncall Property Services a leading provider of property maintenance and management services in the UK. I have a strong background in project planning coordination and communication as well as health and safety fire stopping and major works. In my current role I deliver the project to safety quality programme and cost as agreed within the work package execution plan. I direct and manage all site-based activities via the construction manager liaise with the client and subcontractors and prepare and issue reports in accordance with contract requirements. I also deal with daily reactive works and ensure the construction phase health and safety plan is in place before undertaking any work on site. I am passionate about delivering excellent customer service ensuring high standards of quality and compliance and collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders.
