My career journey has centered on leading large-scale trade technology transformations, functional consulting, and stabilizing mission-critical platforms for top banks. I bring extensive expertise in Finastra solutions (FTI, FCC, FPM - Finastra Trade Innovation, Finastra Corporate Channel & Fusion Payment Manager) and core trade products such as Letter of Credit, Guarantee, Collections, Supply Chain Finance, and SWIFT CAT7 messaging. At The Commercial Bank in Qatar, I played a pivotal role as the functional owner for FTI and FCC, leading major version upgrades, delivering a corporate trade portal that saved 8M QAR, and driving >40% reduction in manual incidents through automation. Earlier, I spearheaded multiple TI Plus implementations across India, KSA, UAE, and the Philippines, bridging the gap between business needs and IT strategy.
