KEY QUALIFICATIONS 10+ years experience in design HVAC field projects, experience in application of statistical to design reliability and process capability. Evaluating and analyzing statistical data, owner design criteria, specifications and manuals to determine feasibility of concept design or application. Working according to building services International design codes standards as ASHRAE, SMACNA, BS, NFPA, and other related local design codes. Preparation of mechanical engineering calculations in support of systems design. Full Computer knowledge and be fully capable of using mechanical engineering software design tools, HAP EII20, AutoCAD, BIM (Revit capability). Proven experience in large scale development projects ideally previous experience of design in high-rise building and Middle Eastern experience or equivalent climates. Excellent communication skills in both oral and written English with special emphasis on preparing technical reports and design studies.
