As part of account stabilization, primarily involved in break-fix, consulting, architectural re-designing, technology refreshment projects, contribution to automation etc. in Linux, Cloud, and open-source technologies. Additionally, contributed to the organization through various initiatives like KPI, Tech-Ops, and Operational Start/Go-Green by identifying and mitigating various risks obstructing operations. • Break-fix: As a primary SPOC for 10+ large accounts involved in various infra-related major incidents and provided solution/fix within SLA, ensured the right RCA submitted with corrective/preventive action. • Consulting: Consulting of various newly on-boarded accounts, ensuring complete knowledge acquired from customers and transferred to our internal delivery team. Work with customer, and delivery team to identify various risks existing in the environment and assist in mitigating the same. • Architectural re-designing: Reviewed, and redesigned the architecture of Red Hat/Opensource products like RedHat Satellite, External DNS, and RedHat Clusters ensuring HA and zero SPOF. • Technology refresh projects: Planning and execution of legacy migration, upgradation of the platform, storage (OS planning), satellite clients, etc… • Contribution to automation: Ticket analysis, identification of use cases, shell scripts, Ansible playbooks for day-to-day operations, working with developers to develop desired solutions with minimal human efforts. • Other contributions: Defined standard security hardening procedure, recommended monitoring parameters, patch management, build and decommission process, SOPs etc.… incorporated in various initiatives like internal KPI, Tech-Ops, and Operational Start/Go-Green.
