About Mohamed Shams

I believe true leadership begins with adding value even before being asked—and that it is measured not by moments of excellence, but by the distance traveled from where one began. With a flexible, client-focused approach and a passion for building sustainable systems, I remain committed to empowering teams and continuously optimizing quality across every stage of construction. Currently, I serve as a Quality Assurance Engineer at Orascom Construction on the Abo Qir Metro Railway Project in Alexandria. Since joining in March 2024, I’ve applied a proactive leadership mindset to transform early-stage uncertainty into structured, efficient quality systems. My contributions—including the development of advanced tracking tools and automation workflows—led to my transition from a site-based QC role to a centralized QA position, where I now oversee broader quality strategies.
