Around 19 years of experience in the construction industry, engineering, and management of various vital projects, in which I have at least solid 13 years of experience quality activities, objectives, policies, procedures and auditing quality management systems. I have been involved in the management and development of various projects including underground great Cairo metro projects on deep foundation techniques, commercial offices buildings, residential buildings, mega projects with its utilities along with underground infrastructure and development of governmental facilities. I’ve shared my efforts and experiences in constructing Mosques, Lectures halls, Playgrounds, Petrol stations, Underground tanks likewise underground water table, Swimming pools, Hotel Towers, Landscapes, Vials, Schools, Convention centers, Maintenance workshops, Warehouses, Clinics, Sport training centers, MEP networks along with its testing and commissioning and handing-over. During my work, I have been accountable for developing accountable tools to provide best control with other departments like Technical, QS, Procurement, Operation and Top Management, and the delivery of these projects within the target budget, schedule and quality standards. Specialist in Quality Planning, Control, Assurance and Improvement sessions in different organizations. Qualify organizations to build and implement ISO standards’ requirements and auditing management systems. I’ve worked in mega organizations in Egypt, KSA and Qatar
