About Mohammad Ahmad

I am an experienced Clinical Research professional currently working as a Senior Study Monitor at Novartis. Previously I worked as an Assistant Program Manager at Phase 1 Drug Development Program, Princess Margaret Cancer Center (UHN). As part of the Start-up team, I was responsible for initial submissions of phase 1 and phase 2 studies to Health Canada, UHN Research Ethics Board, and Ontario Cancer Research Ethics Board (OCREB/CTO). I have worked with both adult and pediatric patients and had been involved in day to day activities of Phase 2 and 3 clinical trials. I have also worked with patients with reproductive and genetic disorders. My past experience in pre-clinical field includes target identification, target validation and experimental therapeutics using human tumor tissues, cell lines and animal models of cancer. I have completed courses in Clinical Research Program and Project Management.
