I am a Power System Engineer with over 14 years of experience in power systems, specializing in the design and analysis of PV solar and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). My core expertise lies in developing and validating PSSE and PSCAD models, performing a wide range of studies, and navigating generation interconnection processes across various ISOs, including MISO, NYISO, ERCOT, and ISO-NE. I have conducted detailed technical studies, including Temporary Overvoltage (TOV), Transient Recovery Voltage (TRV), lightning risk assessments, and harmonic analysis to ensure grid compliance and system safety. I’m also well-versed in EPC design studies such as short circuit, reactive power compliance, and arc flash studies for PV, wind, and BESS projects. My hands-on experience in designing and optimizing PV/BESS systems ensures accurate and reliable project delivery. In my current role, as an Engineering Manager, I lead a team of engineers, mentoring them through complex power system studies and project management tasks. I manage everything from technical guidance and quality control to scheduling, budgeting, and client communication, ensuring projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
