During my time I have assisted Senior partners and Associates in various areas regarding corporate and commercial law, drafted legal opinions, commercial agreements and also assisted in conducting Legal Due Dilligence (LDD) and Company Due Dilligence as well. I have also worked in the areas of Land Opinions and Compliance Checklists. I have also gained extensive legal research capabilities and worked on various areas of legal research with an exposure of Local and International arenas. Working under the supervision of all the learned seniors has given me an exposure of various areas concerning the Corporate and Commercial Law practise. Former Executive Legal of Emerald Oil Industries Ltd.(PLC) a concern of Minori Bangladesh. Assisted Senior Legal regarding drafting of replies of notices from DSE, CSE, BSEC and many other regulatory bodies, drafting of minutes of Board meetings. Maintaining compliance management and vetting of Land documents, Tax Challans, TDS and many more. Submission of monthly Tax/VAT returns, monthly reports on behalf of the company to DSE, CSE, BSEC. Communication with enlisted company lawyers regarding advices and opinions regarding certain company matters. Worked as a Legal Associate in the Law Firm 'Legal Resolution' under the core supervision of Advocate Riyadul Islam who is a renowned Practitioner of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh and the Judge's Court. My responsibilities were bounded within assisting in preparing Legal opinions relating to Banking matters, Company matters, mortgage matters and also preparing the chain of ownership in the matters of Land Registration and Mortgage Registration. Aurthorin & N.I matters are also under my assistance. I am a former employee of the renowned Tier-1 Law firm 'Vertex Chambers' located in Banani 27, Dhaka, Bangladesh. It is a renowned Law Firm and is specialized in multiple areas of expertise. I have contributed as a Legal Research Assistance in a project relating to the Income Tax Amendments, 2020. Working under their supervision has made me capable of critical thinking and reasoning which helps me in understanding case laws and complex law reports.
