More than 25 years experienced government and consulting engineer / manager with visible achievements in diverse Civil engineering arena including transportation planning, design and construction, highway, pavement design and delivery of Municipal capital infrastructure projects such as; roads, storm and sanitary sewer, water main and structural rehabilitation projects. Proven negotiation and project management experience to lead Municipal / Highway Transportation, Environmental Assessments (EA) and light rail transit (LRT) projects from initial concept, through approval and delivery, to completion. Possess technical expertise for design, construction and maintenance of broad range of Municipal transportation infrastructures as related to traffic, transit and road improvements including knowledge in BRT. Proven abilities and expertise in preparation of infrastructure strategic plan and management systems, development of complementary capital and operating programs. Strong liaison / coordination, problem solving and decision making skills. Well conversant with Provincial / Municipal standards, codes and regulations including Municipal Class Environmental Assessment and Occupational Health and Safety Act.
