Mohammad is an accomplished and well-educated Human Resources (HR) professional with twenty (20) years of experience working with reputable multinational companies across diverse industries, including Building Materials, Consulting, Automotive, Engineering, Logistics, Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) and Electrical & Medical manufacturing. A HR lead business partner with business acumen experienced in advising leadership teams, stakeholder management and forming strategic HR plans that support relevant business strategies. His achievements include building HR departments contribute to the companies' strategic targets in the field of people; developing a performance evaluation system; developing fresh graduate program; drafting HR policies and introducing new polices; establishing competency framework; introducing HR software; and creating a job grading system.
