My major responsibilities are audit planning, strategy, execution, reporting, follow up and audit team leadership, risk assessment and management, internal controls and compliance, process improvement, stakeholder communication, quality assurance, ethical and professional conduct, and evaluating and improving the efficiency and effectiveness of governance processes. I also have experience as a Senior Audit Manager in financial statements’ audit with a good exposure to other assurance, accounting and advisory services. I have extensive experience in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and International Standards on Auditing (ISA) with an exposure to US GAAP and US GAAS. My experience includes managing a diversified portfolio of wide variety of audit engagements including financial services (investments and asset management, financing and leasing), real estate investments and other industries (e.g. trading, manufacturing, utilities and not for profit). I focus on serving my stakeholders with quality, operational excellence, innovation, and growth strategies.
