As a Senior Cisco TAC Engineer, I provide world-class technical support for Cisco DNA Center, covering solutions like Automation, Assurance, SWIM, Wireless, and Security integration services. I am a member of the DNA Team, where I leverage my expertise to resolve complex network issues for Cisco customers across the globe. I graduated from Princess Sumaya University for Technology with a Bachelor of Engineering in Telecommunications Engineering. I have also earned multiple Cisco certifications, including Cisco Certified Specialist - Enterprise Core, Cisco Certified Specialist - Enterprise Advanced Infrastructure Implementation, and CCNA. In my previous role as a Cisco TAC Engineer for the IOX Team, I supported and troubleshooted worldwide service provider customers with their Cisco IOS-XR running devices, collaborating with product engineering teams to escalate and track critical issues. I am passionate about delivering high-quality solutions that meet the customer's needs and expectations.
