About Mohammad Anas

As a Cisco voice Network Engineer at HCL Tech, I have been involved in various projects related to systems and network administration, installation, implementation, and integration, in local and remote environments. I have worked on different Cisco network devices and platforms, such as Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE), and Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM). Cisco unity connection (CUC). Also I do have experience in NICE CXone (CCaaS), WebEx calling / meeting, JIRA, studio etc I have also provided help desk support and troubleshooting for various IT issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and service quality. I have leveraged my skills and knowledge in information and communications technology (ICT) to deliver efficient and effective solutions for complex and diverse IT problems. I am motivated by the challenges and opportunities in the IT industry, and I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Uttaranchal University, where I developed a strong foundation in IT concepts and practices.
