I am an Imaginative, Innovative and Dedicated Professional with in excess of 17+ years’ experience gained from working for OIL & GAS Onshore Drilling Storage Unit, Petrochemical Refinery, Electrical Energised Power Plant and Engineering Company. A short summary of my experience entails the following; Health, safety, environmental (HSE) practitioner with considerable HSE Supervisor & Adviser experience in the Oil, Gas and Petrochemical Industry with successful assignments in India and the Middle East. Experienced in: • Establishing HSE framework/management systems in multicultural environments using risk based techniques; • Managing HSE in both a PMC and EPC capacity; • Establishing user friendly HSE tools and the required processes to measure the effectiveness of the HSE Management System; • Having thorough understanding of HSE principles and practices; • Being an effective communicator at all levels; • Establishing effective HSE Training programs aimed at all levels of personnel; Effectively leading Supervisor & Adviser HSE personnel and providing advice and hands on assistance to Line Management at a Senior Level.
