About Mohammad Aslam

Teaching is a task that is full of excitement, wonder, and joy. It is a noble task that needs to be taken up with the utmost care and passion in order to bring out the best in students. However, it is also full of exciting challenges and rewarding responsibilities. I am passionate about teaching Math using an approach that best suits my students, considering my firm belief that every student is unique in their own right.As an educator, I need to be aware of learning, motivation, behavior, and development theories in order to relate to my students and push them beyond their current potential. Assignments, projects, presentations, DI worksheets are some of the methods I use in my class as an assessment tool. I also believe that students shall be able to design creative and challenging questions based on the concept taught, which will give me an idea of their capability of understanding and thinking. I also believe that this will enhance the students' critical thinking levels.I am passionate about helping students develop both intellectually and morally. I genuinely believe that group work strengthens the quality of team-work in every individual. The impact of group work, when students help fellow students, transforms the atmosphere of the class as a whole, making it lively and engaging.
