I am a passionate DevOps engineer with over 10 years of experience. As a senior professional, I specialise in Git, Jenkins, Azure, Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, Github-actions and excel in utilizing monitoring tools like Loki, Prometheus, Tempo, OpenTelemetry, and Grafana. I have successfully built Jenkins pipelines & Github actions workflows for the CI/CD implementation in multiple projects. I have automated the build & deployments pipelines for Java applications, Node js applications & python applications onto hosted windows data centres, AWS CDN, Azure CDN & Kubernetes clusters (AKS). I have setup the pipelines for the automation of oic & mule applications deployments on to the higher environments. I have built pipelines for automating the repetitive tasks involved in the projects. The pipeline automation for the teams to create their own namespaces & grant access to themselves to their namespaces in the cluster. The tls cert-rotation task automation in kubernetes cluster Developed a blackbox heart beat test for the application URLs using Applications Insights, to check the url availability periodically every 5 min. When the URL is not available & also when the certificate is about to expire, the slack action group notifies the team in the slack channel. Experienced in building the azure pipelines for applications build & automation and also for spinning up the infrastructure using terraform. I have successfully implemented the linkerd service mesh in my recent system to enable the mtls for the application services internal communication. Have well researched on the Opentelemetry & tempo for implementing the tracing solution. And successfully implemented it. Experience with Helm charts development & packaging the Kubernetes based applications. Well versed with Kubernetes & Docker best practices. With expertise in Kubernetes, I can bring in cluster engineering & cluster administration. I have worked in the Release management project as well where I am responsible for integrating the new features with the legacy software & evaluating the system availability, performance & functional test results and release the good baseline. I have experience in administering the openstack cloud.
