With over 18 years of experience, I am a distinguished Polymer Scientist specializing in material science, polymer chemistry and processing, and polymer-based product development for highly regulated industries, including medical devices. I possess a proven track record in material characterization, failure analysis, and regulatory compliance (FDA, ISO, EUMDR). Expertise spans the full spectrum of medical device regulations, including specific requirements for Class II and Class devices. My strengths lie in leading cross-functional teams, designing experiments, and optimizing manufacturing processes to enhance product reliability and performance. I leverage advanced analytical techniques (DSC, TGA, FTIR, SEM) and statistical methods (DOE) to solve complex material challenges.
