As a software engineer with over twelve years of experience, I am passionate about refactoring and enhancing projects by redefining business models, improving performance, simplifying processes, or upgrading systems. I also try to bridge gaps within the software lifecycle, creating a shared language among different roles. I believe in the power of fundamentals and practicing software design principles, domain-driven design, event-driven architecture, and test-driven development, prioritizing simplicity, efficiency, and high cohesion while minimizing coupling. Mentoring about 50 developers is a highlight of my career. I love sharing insights, offering constructive feedback, and upskilling them. I am an expert in.NET technologies, including C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, SQL Server, and Azure, which I have utilized throughout my career. My skill set also extends to front-end technologies, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Angular, as well as familiarity with Go, Python, Java, and Scala. While I am familiar with SQL and NoSQL databases, my expertise mainly lies with SQL databases like PostgreSQL and Microsoft SQL Server. In addition, I have experience doing DevOps, from setting up CI/CD pipelines and building images and containers to monitoring applications. I've gained valuable insights and applicable knowledge working across companies and businesses in the accounting, home services, insurance, and mobility sectors.
