Since 2002 I developed a long-term experience in Mitel (AASTRA/Ericsson) Unified Communication platforms / Contact centers with an on-hand sales and channel management experience at this field also I got a deep knowledge about Unified communication & industrial environment/oil & Gaz / Power stations communication application. I was a involved in several projects to provide industrial intercom systems, Public-address & General Alarm systems / special application telephones “weatherproof ","Explosion Proof" based on LeLas & Ermes platforms also, I have a good experience in wireless communication systems, push-to-talk communication devices, and fiber optics networks. during my working experience I was responsible for the following sales tasks: 1- Get in touch with clients and contractors 2- Analyze the client requirements. 3- Identify the proper solution to be offered 3- Validate the technical needs of the pre-sales team 4- Identify the solution element and do the cost analyses 5- preparing the technical and financial offer 6- follow - up. also, I was responsible about managing sales channels in Iraq, Libya, KSA, this was including: 1- Partner follow-up and get updates 2- updating partner knowledge about the products 3- preparing sales pipelines 4- granting special discounts and proper commercial support to partners. 5- enhance the partner's performance and his ability to close the deals. During the past years, I managed to successfully deliver a lot of major projects in the following sectors: 1- Health care, 2- Banking 3- Industrial 4- Contact Centers
