About Mohammad Baykar

Hello! I'm Mohammad Baykar, a passionate and ambitious individual with a strong background in entrepreneurship and a keen interest in international relations. Born in Baghdad and raised between Arabic and Dutch cultures, I possess a unique perspective and deep empathy for people from all walks of life. In 2016, I founded Alwand, a successful business producing Ayran, a traditional yogurt-based drink. Over seven years, I honed my skills in administration, leadership, customer service, creativity, organization, and communication. Recently, I sold the business to focus on my career and educational pursuits. My academic journey has been nothing short of inspiring. Despite initial challenges, I persevered and was accepted into Erasmus University Rotterdam to study for my Bachelor's degree in Psychology. My determination and team spirit, coupled with a strong empathic ability, have helped me thrive in my studies. I'm a puzzle-solver and a go-getter who loves to travel and experience different cultures. After completing my Bachelor's degree, I plan to pursue a Master's in International Public Policy and Management at Erasmus University Rotterdam. My ultimate goal is to build a successful career within the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or International NGO, with aspiration in working in the international field. In both my personal and professional life, I value challenging myself and pushing the boundaries of what's possible. I believe my diverse background, entrepreneurial experience, and academic achievements position me well for a future in international relations, where I hope to make a lasting and positive impact.
