About Mohammad Dajani

Over the past 12 years, I have been trying to develop my expertise and knowledge by believing that magical things can happen with loyalty and commitment towards your dream. I grew up in a tough environment surrounded by war and deprivation. However, this environment has shaped my abilities to appreciate the simplest things. Therefore, hard work mixed with patience to reach my target have become my principles for success. Having lived and worked outside my country of birth for most of my adult life has given me the adaptability to operate effectively in many places, regardless of culture, language, or location. This also helped me improve my flexibility, resilience, teamwork, and team development skills. My goal has always been, and still, to make the most of the resources available to me.Regarding my High Performance Football coaching experience and journey so far, I am highly educated in Elite Players Development Process where I am using several pieces of Sports analysis indicators, and I specify individual relative profiling through various cycles during the season by creating position-specific plans. Furthermore, I am specialized in analyzing players’ decision-making through different tools, and providing feedback on each player's progression and performance. Luckily, I experience different types of players every on the highest level possible such as AFC AJAX at the moment, helping them realize their best potential by following different dimensions of analysis regimes, evaluation protocols, and an organized progression methodology.A fundamental principle in my life philosophy is that collaborative teamwork is the way to address and solve the world´s major challenges. No one can do it alone. Therefore, I am on mission to join individuals and team players who inspire teamwork.
