PMP certified Project/Program Manager with 18 years of experience in Information Systems and Technology. Managed multiple complex large scale IT Transition and Transformation infrastructure and applications projects in multinational organizations within different countries. I have a solid experience in managing the implementation of comprehensive e-learning platform and ERP solutions. I practiced project management methodology based on PMI standard, agile software development methodology, HP project management methodology and complying with CMMI-Level 3. My projects passed the CMMI- Level 3 audit successfully in 2011. I participate in setup and maintain PMO office and Project management methodology based on PMI standard for different clients. My expertise spans in managing IT infrastructure, applications developments and managing client relations within Government, Utilities and Military industries. I used to develop business cases and setup a roadmap for future continues improvements in IT infrastructure and applications development projects or programs and conduct a presentation to key shareholders’ and decision makers to negotiate their decisions and influence on the added value services in order to achieve the desired business values and organization strategic objectives; in addition to a solid experience in stakeholders management, change, risk & quality management, procurement, RFP’s and supplier management.
