I am an IMechE Chartered Engineer; Project Engineer/Manager; with a successful track record of delivering technical and project management aspects of multi-disciplinary projects from design to execution for feasibility, Pre-Feed, Feed, detail and construction phases in Oil and Gas, Energy and Pharmaceutical sectors. I lead and direct technical projects and teams in all aspects of engineering, planning, contracts, cost control and H&S standards. I have deep knowledge of process engineering in multiple industries, giving me the ability to plan and deliver the technical aspects of projects appropriately to the industry whilst meeting relevant standards. I understand client needs/expectations and cultures across 2 geographies derived from working in UK and Middle East. During my career I have worked for many top-tier organisations, including GSK, Aramco and Centrica. Achievements include: GSK: Storeroom Fire Protection Construction: Senior Project Engineer GSK wished to install a fire protection system in 4 large storerooms containing APIs (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients) in hazardous environment. Managed site mobilisation; oversaw site daily construction tasks; and issued permits. Succeeded in meeting Mechanical Completion milestone, commissioning and handing over to stakeholder in line with schedule, design and quality requirements; no operators injured during project. Aramco: Brownfield Gas Field Site Expansion, Tanajib Gas Plant: Project Engineer Assigned to oversee contractor Wood Plc’s engineering team to manage and deliver design work in Pre-Feed and Feed. Led team of SMEs to review 500 engineering documents and drawings; conducted Value Improvement Practices workshops; led and contributed as Process and C&I Engineer to HAZOP and SIL meetings; and reviewed 150 P & IDs. Succeeded in delivering project on time while achieving $20m cost saving.
