As a PI Support Manager at Alstom, I have over 7 years of experience in product introduction and coordination in the sustainable mobility industry. I excel at planning, directing, coordinating, and reviewing the work of assigned staff, as well as preparing and presenting reports, estimates, and schedules for various projects and stakeholders. I am passionate about the mission to create and deliver innovative and integrated transport systems that enhance mobility, safety, and efficiency for passengers and operators. In my current role, I manage the repair and troubleshooting of light rail vehicles (LRVs), perform incident and accident prevention and investigation, and ensure accountability and compliance with current and applicable provincial and federal laws, policies, and procedures. I also coach, train, and motivate my staff, provide advice and counsel, and facilitate their professional development. I am proficient in using Maximo and SAP Application Suite, a merged management system for progress reporting and benchmarking. I have also obtained multiple certifications, such as HSE Frontline Leadership Training, Joint Health and Safety Committee (JHSC), and First Aid, that demonstrate my commitment to excellence and safety in my field.
