About Mohammad Ismael

With over 15 years of international experience in HR management, recruitment, education, and social programs, I am a skilled employment and education professional who is passionate about helping others achieve their career and academic goals. I am currently working as an Employment Specialist at HIEC - Halton Industry Education Council, where I provide career counseling, job coaching, and employment support to clients from diverse backgrounds and industries. I am also a certified teacher and coach with a B.A degree in English literature and extensive experience in teaching English and Arabic to students of all levels and ages. I have created over 100 individualized education plans, prepared more than students for ESL tests and scholarships, and developed a set of audio-visual didactic resources to enhance language learning. I am committed to student-centered teaching with a focus on tailored lesson plans, strong interpersonal communication skills, and a deep understanding of the Arabic language and culture.
