I was privileged to coordinate and successfully deliver 7 projects, meeting project objectives within targeted deadlines. Gathering sound knowledge of budget tracking, document control, project plans, tenders, RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, change orders, purchase orders, submittals, project reports, building permits, site safety, building codes, scheduling, and estimation. My toolkit includes AutoCAD, Procore, Bluebeam Revu, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Suite. My hands-on experience, use of these tools, and strong problem-solving and analytical skills have helped me reduce procurement time by 35% during my last role. As I look towards the future, I am actively seeking a role as a Project Coordinator where I can leverage my skills and experiences.
