Develop and implement the procurement execution strategy and procedures in accordance with the corporate guidelines. • Assist in planning and development of project scheduling with reference to issue dates of requisitions and purchase order placement. • Monitor the issue of material requisitions within required dates. Review requisitions for completeness and expediting all missing data and/or documents and establish early required delivery dates for equipment and materials in accordance with Master Project Schedule. • Review and issue purchasing reports such as Inquiry status summary, Purchase Order list and other reports as per project requirements. • Participate in Purchase Order Kick-off meetings for critical packages. • Contracts management / Develops and maintains necessary vendor correspondence. • Coordination with internal department to satisfy client through reports. • Monitor and coordinate purchasing, expediting, inspection and traffic activities at all stages of the project. • Hold regular procurement review meeting with contractors / suppliers. • Suggest the Corrective Action and maintain Corrective and Preventive Action Log. • Maintains functional relationship with Project managers, Project Engineers, Project Controls, Engineering, QA/QC and Field Personnel.
