Supervision of all types of Instrument like Flow, Pressure, Level, Temperature and Control valve, Responsible for the Installation inspection & Testing activities of all Telecom Systems like Access control, PIDS,BIDS, PAGA,CCTV,ANSC (Active Network System),Fibre Optic cables (FOC) and Control cables, including wiring, termination, meggering, testing loop checking and pre-commissioning of the Instrument. Preparation of punch list and outstanding work list for follow up for implementation. Receiving material inspection according to approved document. Handling, Storage of material under controlled temperatures and humidity. Day to day planning and organizing Inspection and testing activities at site. Ensuring Inspection & Testing activities are done as per ITPs. Maintaining all QA/QC Records (Inspection Requests, Materials & Installation Inspection Check sheets, Test Records, NCRs, Snag lists etc.) at site. Identifying NCRs/Defects/Snags and Follow-up with construction team for effective Corrective & Preventive action on the same. Working closely with other departments at site for effective implementation of Project Quality Plan and ISO 9001 requirements. Attending Site coordination meeting with client and follow-up for Quality related issues. Carrying out Inspection works related to preparation of works, contract specifications, approved
