About Mohammad Nuruddin Rafiuddin Shaikh

Nuruddin is currently pursuing his studies at IIM Bangalore. He is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in SAP S4 HANA implementation. As a Senior Associate in PwC’s Technology (SAP) practice, he has worked on projects for major clients across various sectors, including healthcare, insurance, manufacturing, utilities, and conglomerates. His work included implementing SAP solutions to optimize procurement processes, streamline operations, and improve efficiency. His contributions have been recognized with multiple Client Appreciation Awards for delivering exceptional project outcomes. Nuruddin has worked in international corridors, handling projects for clients in regions such as South Africa and Canada. His role involved executing SAP implementations that transformed business processes for companies in these regions, showcasing his ability to deliver impactful solutions on a global scale. He secured the 2nd rank in his B.Tech from Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute (VJTI), where he was also a member of VJTI Racing. In this role, he applied his skills to design and analyze vehicle dynamics for a single-seater all-terrain vehicle, using Hypermesh and Inspiron. Additionally, he played a key role in securing sponsorships for the project. In addition to his academic accomplishments, Nuruddin was awarded the prestigious Dadabhai Nauroji Gold Medal for achieving the highest marks in his diploma at VJTI, further highlighting his dedication to academic excellence. His academic background also includes working with Dr. Chiradeep Gupta, Senior Scientist at BARC, Mumbai, on the "Study of Necking in Structural Steel using Finite Element Modelling," where he conducted tensile tests, simulated necking behavior using ABAQUS and analyzed the results using the GTN damage model. Outside of his professional and academic life, Nuruddin enjoys playing cricket, gardening, and cooking hobbies that reflect his balanced approach to life and his passion for learning beyond the professional realm.
