About Mohammad Qashoa

Currently R&D Manager at CoderZ, my journey over the past 9+ years has spanned hands-on development, technical leadership as a Tech Lead, and strategic R&D management. This diverse experience provides me with a solid understanding of the entire development lifecycle, from architecting scalable backend systems (AWS, Microservices, Node.js) to guiding and mentoring cross-functional teams. I enjoy tackling complex technical problems and have had the opportunity to lead significant projects, including a monolith-to-microservices migration that substantially improved performance, architecting a high-performance data warehouse which resolved major querying bottlenecks, and driving significant operational cost efficiencies on AWS. Delivering impactful results in dynamic SaaS environments is something I find highly rewarding. What truly motivates me is the challenge of solving hard problems, continuously learning, and applying both technical and leadership skills to foster innovation and help teams succeed. I'm always eager to engage with new technologies and complex challenges where I can contribute effectively and continue to grow professionally.
