I am thrilled to apply for the position of Entry Level Accountant at any organization, which was advertised on the Iona University Postcard and Career Development Center. As a graduating senior, I am interested in joining a dynamic, community–oriented organization Walmart, where I can make significant contributions. global focus and internal auditing procedures appeal to me, and I believe my educational background and dedicated customer service experience make me the ideal candidate for your company. My interest in internal auditing began when I worked as an Associate at Walmart in Tampa, Florida. My work required great attention to detail, as I was responsible for managing inventory, coordinating customer service, and managing work assignments and all related correspondence. Thanks to my work managing the store inventory, I have developed strong skills in the systematic organization. For the past two decades, I have gathered knowledge about business by diligently serving millions of customers. This early experience with Walmart inspired me to seek a degree in business. In August 2019, I graduated from Mercy College with a degree in Management Accounting. This month, I completed my MBA degree in Accounting and Advanced Certificate in Business Continuity and Risk Management program at Iona University. In addition to my studies and my customer service work, I have volunteered with the National Kidney Foundation and Veterans Health Care Systems. Through my professional positions and volunteer experiences, I have refined my presentation skills and cultivated a passion for creative ideas in business, which prepare me to be a successful intern with any organization. My goal is to combine my business skills and knowledge with my people-oriented mindset, and I am eager to pursue these goals with EY.
