At Optimizely, I work as a Customer Success Manager helping enterprise clients get the most value from SaaS platforms—software accessed through a browser instead of being installed. I focus on driving adoption, reducing churn, and resolving high-priority issues by working closely with product and engineering teams. I am also experienced with CRM tools which support account growth and customer lifecycle management. Previously at Daraz, part of Alibaba Group, I led AI and automation initiatives to improve customer experience. I built intelligent chatbots that guided users through payment, refund, and checkout processes, and redesigned the Help Center to make self-service easier. These projects improved customer satisfaction, streamlined support operations, and contributed to strong platform growth across millions of users. My journey into tech and strategy began as a global finalist in the Hult Prize, where I co-founded a startup using USSD, a basic mobile text system, to connect underserved entrepreneurs with tools, capital, and collaboration. This experience shaped my belief that great technology should be accessible and impactful at every level. Outside of tech, I have spent years as a certified physics instructor and event host. Whether guiding students, leading client strategy calls, or launching digital projects, I bring clarity, empathy, and results to everything I do.
