I am a Hospitality Management and Hotel Administration graduate from IHM Gurdaspur, India(Central Government Recognized College). I maintained an exceedingly functional work environment while delivering exceptional customer service for TATA MOTORS. I have a knack for problem solving and work well independently and with little oversight. Cross-training in order to assist other departments or in other roles as needed. I am a self-starter and excel at handling customer inquiries, policy changes, and resolving conflicts quickly. I am capable handling a large number of customers in a single day. I am good at listening the customers needs and doubts. I also have experience in hotel industry as an Industrial Exposure training. There I worked in Food & Beverage department and other core departments of the hotel.
