As an experienced IT professional with a background in hardware, networking, and system administration, I am passionate about maintaining essential IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware. Experience: In my previous roles, I have gained expertise in IT support, system administration, and training. As an IT Support Representative for Medtech IT solutions, I was responsible for installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers,scanners, and Servers. I monitored performance and maintained systems according to requirements, troubleshoot issues and outages, ensured security and efficiency of IT infrastructure, and set up accounts and workstations. As a System Admin for Aleena Industries, I performed server administrator tasks, managed security permissions, group policies, print services, errors, and resource monitoring. I conducted routine/scheduled audits of the systems, including all backups, maintained internal infrastructure requirements, including laptops, desktop computers, servers, and printers. As a System Administrator for Osama Aldheeshi Company, I configured Active Directory and services, monitored performance and maintained systems according to requirements, and ensured security through access controls, backup, and firewalls. I also switched from physical servers to dedicated servers. Education: I hold a Bachelor of Computer Education from Shobhit University. Skills: My technical skills include installing patches and OS updates, system installation and configuration, reviewing system logs, disaster recovery planning, creating and restoring system backup, complying with password requirements, configuration of Outlook, active directory user management, configuration of user management, configuration of DNS, system audit logging, and building/managing virtual machines. I am well-versed in client and server technology and have experience working on dedicated servers. My access control skills ensure that systems are secure, and I can manage any IT-related issue efficiently. Personal: As an IT professional, I have excellent problem-solving skills and can work well under pressure. I am a quick learner and can adapt to new environments and technologies easily.
