I am an Assistant Manager at Infosys BPM, leading a team of six members to provide data quality and analysis services for the engagement with EY, one of the world's leading professional services firms. With a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance and Marketing from the University of Kashmir, I have over eight years of experience in data management and maintenance. In my current role, I handle complex escalations, improve data quality, and facilitate collaborative discussions for requirement changes and new functionality needs. I have also developed solutions to align data to defined solutions and EY data standards, and to fix discrepancies in service codes. I use data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau, as well as Microsoft Office applications, to create and deliver reports and insights. I am skilled in conducting training, mentoring, and coaching for my team members, as well as delegating tasks, setting deadlines, and monitoring performance. I am passionate about delivering high-quality results, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth.
