Dr. Mohammad Salman is an academic and researcher specializing in Organizational Behavior (OB) and Human Resource Management (HRM). He currently serves as the Area Chair and Assistant Professor in the OB & HR Area at Sharda School of Business Studies, Sharda University, Greater Noida, India. Prior to his academic role at Sharda University, he worked as a Research Associate in the OB & HRM area at the prestigious Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Bangalore. Dr. Salman holds a Ph.D. in HRM from Aligarh Muslim University, and he has also been a Pre-Doctoral Fellow in the OB & HRM area at IIM Bangalore (2019-2020). His research interests encompass several key areas within HRM, including: Competency-based HRM Action Research in HRM HRM in the Gig Economy Employee and Organizational Competence Development in the Third Sector In addition to his research expertise, Dr. Salman is well-versed in advanced multivariate data analysis techniques, utilizing software tools like SPSS, AMOS, PROCESS MACRO, Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), and various forms of Mediation and Moderation analysis. Dr. Salman has contributed to the field through numerous publications in high-impact journals, many of which are indexed in ABDC and Scopus, making him a recognized scholar in the HRM domain. His work bridges theoretical insights with practical applications, particularly in emerging areas such as the Gig economy and the development of organizational capabilities within the Third Sector.
