Having 12+ years of experience in Microsoft Business Intelligence technology; currently working as BI Solution Architect, Dimensional Model, and ETL Architect & ETL Lead. Having 10+ years of extensive experience in MSBI suite - using integration services (SSIS) for ETL (Extraction, Transformation and Loading), reporting services (SSRS) for creating different types of reports and analysis services (SSAS) for design and developing cubes. Well versed with the knowledge of Dimensional Model Design Life Cycle (DMDL). Strong understanding of Business Intelligence and Data warehouse architecture and design and development methodologies. Well versed with the knowledge of RDBMS, data warehousing i.e. OLTP & OLAP systems. Strong OLAP design and development experience using SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS). Expert in dimensional data modeling using SSAS, cube partitioning, optimization, creating aggregations. Experience in end-user reporting definition, development and platform support using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and SharePoint BISM. Knowledge in designing and developing data warehouses, data marts and business intelligence using multi-dimensional models such as star schemas and snow flake schema for developing cubes using MDX.
