Before joining IHCL, I worked as a Civil Engineer GR II at Projects & Development India Ltd (PDIL) for more than four years, where I oversaw the construction of several complex and challenging infrastructure projects, including a 149-meter-high urea prilling tower, a substation and control room, pipe racks, and roads and drains. I performed initial and routine testing of piles, maintained quality plans and procedures, and conducted various concrete tests and checks. I also collaborated with vendors, clients, and other stakeholders, delivering the projects on time and within budget. I hold a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Uttar Pradesh Technical University, where I acquired knowledge and skills in infrastructure design, analysis, and management. I am proficient in AutoCAD, Auto Level, and other software tools. I am passionate about civil engineering and its impact on society and the environment, and I aspire to continue learning and growing in this field.
