SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS • Developed Environmental Qualification Listing packages for OPG Pickering Nuclear Generating Station. • Developed DCP/ DCN/ MMOD/ NICR packages for “Pickering A” and Pickering “B”. • Worked on OPG Darlington Nuclear Generating Station’s project entitled “Configuration Management Restoration. • Produced tender documents of projects comprising scope of work, tender drawings, instructions to bidders, general and special contract conditions, equipment specs, project schedules. • Carried out technical evaluation of bids. • Produced construction design packages comprising system calculations, drawings and specifications for Electrical & Instrumentation Control projects. • Developed system single line diagrams, elementary wiring diagrams, equipment arrangement drawings, cable block diagrams, system grounding and lightening protection drawings. • Calculated system short circuit levels, equipment sizes, earthing system design parameters, interior/ exterior lighting requirements, power & control cable sizes, circuit voltage drops, and instrument transformer sizes. • Prepared equipment specifications and technical datasheets for switchgear (SF6, metalclad & conventional), power/ distribution transformers, control & relay panels, motors, motor control centers, distribution panels, annunciation panels, power & control cables. • Managed the construction of 380kV & 110kV substations, power plants, college buildings, utility plants, oil refinery facilities and industrial plants. • Reviewed and approved manufacturer’s equipment designs and construction drawings in line with project specifications. • Erected equipment and made necessary interconnections with new and existing facilities. • Conducted pre commissioning checks and tests to verify authenticity of equipment and plants after transportation, erection and interconnections. • Prepared detailed step-by-step commissioning programs and procedures for plants/ substations energization.
