About Mohammed Abdella

I am a young and passionate development practitioner with over 10 years of experience working with youth and youth-focused organizations. My roles this experience includes Regional project coordinator, Employability; Skill Development, and Training Officer; Program Manager; Senior Social Worker; Monitoring and Evaluation Officer; and Youth Capacity Building Expert in both government and non-government organizations. I have demonstrated experience in multisector/multiparters on Youth Empowerment, SRH Peace Building and Conflict Resolution, and GBV projects. Completed a master’s degree in business administration at Leadstar College of Management and Leadership after graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Gondar University. I am highly motivated, with a strong work ethic, and have a passion for empowering young people with the skills and opportunities they need to thrive in life and work. I have successfully planned and implemented different activities and projects that contributed to youth empowerment. I have accumulated experience working in partnership with different GO, NGO, CBO to increase outreach impact of youth empowerment programs. I am able to work with and maintain relations with staff and clients on all levels. I have played a key role in fulfilling organization goals and objectives in all organizations I served in. I have received the status of outstanding/forerunner employee in all organizations I served in. I possess a diverse range of skills that include project management, leading project teams, stakeholder management, and leading and facilitating training sessions. I am currently seeking new opportunities where I can leverage my skills and experiences to contribute to a dynamic and innovative organization.
