I am an Ethiopian Health Officer with advanced Degree of Public specialty in Epidemiology with my 14 years of progressive career in public health I have worked at Health Center, Zone level by Government and UNICEF support of the extension of child health- notably immunization programs-SIA,Routine Immunization and Surveillance which contribute the reduction of child mortality and Morbidity I have a good skill facilitating training for health workers at zone,woreda level Surveillance, Different SIA(polio,Measles,Men A) RED,DQSA comprehensive routine immunization, Integrated refreshment training for health extension worker,Introducing new vaccine at zone starting from pentavalent,PCV10,Rota and IPV. I have monitoring skills of SIA starting from Quality of Training,logistic and human resource before the the campaign and implementation of campaign by reviewing daily plan performance, and quality of SIA by Intra and post campaign rapid convenience survey and preparing post campaign review meeting at zone level.My previous achievement in west hararge zone Decrease un vaccinated chilren by 70%,increase measles achievement more than 90%,Decrease measles case almost null in 2017,strength survillance activityImprove data quality of routine immunization and SIA,Improve utilization cold chain material(frdges,cold Box and vaccine carrier
