As a Quality Control Supervisor at Milele Motors, I lead a team of quality engineers to ensure the highest standards of vehicle quality and safety. I have been working in this role since March 2022, after gaining valuable experience as a Mechanical Engineer at Renault Nissan Mitsubishi Alliance in India for over a year. I have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Veltech Dr.RR Dr.SR University, where I developed skills in installations, skill development, and Infor Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). I also hold certifications in Yoga, Jira, and Confluence, which demonstrate my passion for continuous learning and improvement. Some of my key achievements and responsibilities include: creating and updating specifications and variants of cars using NetSuite, evaluating and reporting on the quality of brand new cars, identifying and resolving any defects or issues, planning and executing vehicle production, following and enforcing workplace safety requirements, preparing and delivering weekly safety lessons, and collaborating with management and other teams to implement new skills and techniques. I have also contributed to the development of vehicle standard modification ideas and the investigation and troubleshooting of product or production issues. I am motivated by the challenge and satisfaction of delivering high-quality vehicles to customers and ensuring their safety and satisfaction. I value teamwork, communication, and innovation, and I strive to apply these values in my daily work. My goal is to continue to grow and excel as a quality control supervisor and to support the mission and vision of Milele Motors.
