Being able to have humility and go face to face with my internal fears to excel further. I also want to help other enrich themselves and their lives as I work to do every day. That is my goal and my decision that I hold myself accountable for deeply. My decision and goal is to enrich lives. I want to put my customers at the center of what I do, and with my team; the center of what we do. This year I am truly focusing on what my core values are centering myself on those values. This is how I am going to excel at my role, and how I am going to be able to function to my peak. Some of my greatest assets are within the technical field, and that is where I plan to keep my career for a lifetime. With the combination of my love for human connection and communication, combined with my love for technology, this is where I thrive and where I want to be.
