About Mohammed Alhusaynan

As a Cabin Supervisor at SAUDI AIRLINES, I am responsible for the quality of the guest experience onboard the aircraft, as well as the safety and performance of the crew. I have been in this role for over two years, after working as a Flight Attendant for four years at SAUDIA. I have completed several certifications in cabin crew training, service training, and leadership mindset, which have enhanced my skills and knowledge. My core competencies include hospitality, communication, interpersonal skills, team management, coaching, safety procedures, and food and beverage service. I am passionate about delivering an outstanding guest experience and motivating and inspiring the team to do the same. I also enjoy working with diverse and multicultural teams, and learning from different perspectives and backgrounds.
