Working as finance and accounting professional with 12+ years of extensive financial and analytical experience in high and low aspect to make wise use of the financial resources available to the company, working along with other departments to lead and track income generated from various operations and investments with leading telecom and IT corporations- I was selected to join the team including CEO and CFO for Etihad Etisalat (Mobily) to manage the Initial Public Offering (IPO) Process with total amount of SAR 5 billon- Led a team of 10 members to implement the Oracle Financials system for Etihad Etisalat (Mobily) which required working around the clock to go live within 4 months period- Superintended Islamic bridge financing facility with local and international banks worth USD 2.5 billion therefore Mobily considered my recommendations to acquire Islamic loan structure which has been reflected on the stock market positively- Recently selected to drive a team to do credit rating with an international combines to complete SAR 10 billon refinancing project- Appointed to monitor and handle Overall Financial support to the USD 3 Billion IT Services Contract between Hewlett Packard and Procter & Gamble in the Middle East.
