Greetings, I am Mohammed Bilal, currently working as a Quality Control Inspector in the pre-fabrication industry. I have a Master's degree in Civil Engineering at the esteemed University of Windsor, specializing in Construction Project Management and Structural Engineering. My passion lies in staying at the forefront of industry innovations, particularly in Structural Engineering, with a keen interest in the advancements involving composite concrete materials. During my professional journey, I gained valuable experience as a Project Coordinator, contributing to the successful completion of a G+4 residential building construction project over the course of one year. This role honed my skills in structural engineering, project management, and construction practices. I also bring a strong customer service background, having worked at Amazon in two diverse roles: as a Customer Service Associate and a Buyer Risk Investigator, both focused on the North American domain. These experiences have sharpened my communication and problem-solving abilities, which are invaluable in any project-related role. Moreover, I possess a proficient skill set in essential software tools such as Autodesk AutoCAD, Autodesk REVIT, Navisworks, STAAD Pro, CSI Column and Masonry Analysis of Structural Systems software. This technical proficiency further bolsters my qualifications for positions in the construction and project management field.
